| Abstract: | This paper elaborates on the ten major relations during development and reform of large and medium-sized state enterprises, holding that the key to proper handling of these relations lies in ten actual combinations, namely, guide of the market and scientific advances, participation in the market competition and endeavour for support form different-level governmental organs and all walks of life, specialization in one major industry or product and diversified management, product competition and non-product competition, self-accumulation and use of social, overseas capital, improvement of productivity and utilization of that available, deepening of reform of the system and enhancing internal management. |
