| Abstract: | A huge group of medium-and small-sized enterprises would promote the formation of specialized cooperation and division of work, rationalize the industrial structure and play a basic role in strengthening the industrial competitiveness in the world market. Besides, the existence of a lot of medium-and small-sized enterprises is conducive to the formation and improvement of competitive mechanism and the reduction of risk which the economic turmoil has brought to the national economy. Because of the above significance, this paper raises the following policy suggestions for their development: designating an ad hoc organ to formulate and implement the policies towards medium-and small-sized enterprises; helping them to solve the problem of fund-raising channels; deepening financial and taxation systems to lighten their burden; and so on. |
