| Abstract: | We can't neglect the vitality brought by medium and small enterprises to the economy as a whole. It is appropriate to say that difficulties which appeared on various occasions in economy in the past 20 year are solved with the help of the activeness of medium and small enterprises. At present, the quantity and quality of medium and small enterprises in China have been raised significantly, compared with the early 1990s. Permitting medium and small enterprises to be active is one of the effective measures to raise the efficiency of the economic system and guarantee the growth speed of the national economy. |
