| Abstract: | An investigation of 4573 medium and small-sized enterprises in China was taken in form of condensed questionnaire, from which the conclusion and policy suggestion were made as follows: (1)China was considered by APEC enterprises as the most favorable place for investment in the Asian-Pacific region. It has a relatively great ability to continuously enlarge the scale of utilizing foreign capital.(2)China's current situation was regarded as the main security support for successful investment. (3)There are low degree of satisfaction with "hard environment" and "soft environment" and complaints about the impediment in financing channels, low efficiency of government operation and underdevelopment of business-needed service. (4)Introducing foreign capital is expected not only to encourage industrial promotion, but help increasing employment opportunity.(5)... |
