| Abstract: | It is proved that shareholding system is an effective intergradation in the process of small and medium sized enterprises' reform. We can not underestimate its role on the enterprise's regulation innovation. In accordance with the trend that shareholding system is changed into other forms, shares of shareholding enterprises must be transferable and can be exchanged, which only can be achieved in markets. |
