Abstract: | The main concern of the international wireless community is now to make more efficient use of the frequency spectrum. There are three promising technical means: spread spectrum operations, Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA), and narrower bandwidth transmission. Whichever method is chosen, users will benefit from increased capacity, less interference, and better communications. |
