| Abstract: | In this article the authors give managers two techniques for controlling transaction pricing. The 'pocket price waterfall' and the 'pocket price band' identify unnecessary discounting and misplaced marketing efforts. The correctives are usually simple and inexpensive and lead to profits that would otherwise be missed. |
