| Abstract: | People are our most important asset. That phrase has become a virtual management mantra in recent years. In truth, however, most organizations still treat employees as an expense to be controlled instead of an asset to be developed and protected. Very few companies have gone to the extent of focusing on the growth and protection of people as the central core of their strategy development.
