Abstract: | Based on the experience of Tasubinsa, a Special Employment and Occupational Center in Spain where 90% of the workers have mental, sensorial or physical impairments of at least 30%, this article challenge the traditional neoclassical theory of the firm. The responses to questions such as "What is a firm?" are different in the context of Tasubinsa. Consequences to corporate culture centered on the handicapped person are discussed in detail. |
