Abstract:The use of information as a production factor and the building up of the corresponding information logistics mean that in highly developed enterprises increased knowledge of information management is not only result. The reallocation of functions for information systems within the enterprise results in a shifting of responsibilities in the direction of specialized management. This concept of information management binds management, information and organization and is dependent upon the required level of qualification. This is the only way to seize business opportunities. In the correct sequence, qualification will be followed by planning and implementation of information management in a new allocation of information systems.
