| Abstract: | On 16 April 1994, China signed the Final Act Embodying the Results of the Uruguay Round of Mulatilateral Trade Negotiations (Final Act) and the Agreement Establishing the Multilateral Trade Organization (MTO Agreement) in Morocco, thus takin gone step nearer to regaining its GATT Contracting Party status. The article briefly discusses China's participation in GATT. It outlines the structure of the GATAT and the rights and obligations of its Contracting Parties. |
