| Abstract: | China should define the opening extent of banking and financial market, abide by international norm and practice supervision and management to the foreign financial institution. China should also make the professional banks commercial banks, improve the operation mechanism of them and strengthen the competitive capacity. In arrangement of institution and business, international norms should be followed. The foreign exchange management should be reformed. The regularized foreign exchange market should be set up and related financial laws and regulations should be worked out. |
