| Abstract: | Because of the late starting of China's modern industry, many of its industrial products are inferior in quality to those of the developed countries. We can lessen the impact of this inferiority on some of our domestic enterprises by making effective use of some "Protective Clauses". In order to prevent the increasing demands of imported goods and the drain of our foreign currency reserves, we should carry out some quantify limitation for imports. In imports, the dispersed business activities by non-state foreign trade enterprises should not be allowed. |
