| Abstract: | "Reentry to GATT" is the necessity of China's opening to the outside world. In the course of gaining access to GATT, China has been promoted in opening to the outside world, establishing socialist market economic system and reforming its foreign trade system and price system. After reentry to GATT, the undertaken obligation should be favorable to China's opening to the outside world. With such an aim, has been determined the principle of China's reentry to GATT, that is, China's reentry to GATT should be favorable to its opening to the outside world, overcoming the difficulties in its economic development, the maintenance of the world multilateral trade system and the boom of the world economy rather than depart from and weaken the multilateral trade system and deepen the contradictions and confusion in the world economy |
