| Abstract: | This article will give an overview of GATT panel decisions in the area of antidumping. The analysis will, of necessity, be limited to panel reports issued under GATT legislation as there have not yet been WTO panel reports under the Uruguay Round anti-Dumping Agreement. It is submitted that former practice remains relevant because many of the basic concepts that panels were asked to rule on in the past survive in Article VI of the GATT 1994 and the Anti-Dumping Agreement. |
