| Abstract: | The article investigates possible differences in adoption of high-performance work practices(HPWP) between indigenous companies and multinational firms' subsidiaries. The data is based on a study of manufacturing establishments located in Spain. The findings indicate that multinational firms tend to adopt HPWPs more intensively than non-multinationals. |
