| Abstract: | The author first establishes a hjelmslevian schema for the analysis of graphical art. It includes form and substance of expression, graphical space and graphemic forms, iconic form and codes of perspective. Then he applies this scheme to the analysis of "grid", a pattern of modern graphical art theorized by Rosalind Krauss. |
