| Abstract: | For a company to transform its business processes it must not only chuck comfortable notions and conventional wisdom aside. It also has to discard drone mentalities and enlist the bright ideas of its employees, making them realize that change is not only possible , but it is encouraged. Hoping such ideas illuminate its approach to BPR, Osram Sylvania's productivity and quality department has fashioned a framework for BPR that also encompasses the company's continuous improvement and employee involvement efforts. |
