| Abstract: | Business process reengineering has become one of the most popular and highly debated topics in management in recent years. The purpose of this paper is to try and analyse Korea's largest corporation, the Samsung Corporation, and its particular approach to reengineering. The paper helps to illustrate not only Samsung's approach, but the general approach of Korean management strategy, and the important differences not only with Western but with other Asian management strategies. |
