| Abstract: | The organization of corporate renewal still leaves much to be desired. A new view of management is required which takes into account the evolution of organizations. This 'evolution management' approach guides managers in the regeneration of core strategies for their company. It is incorporated in a software package which can be used to guide team meetings through discussions of the sources of competitive advantage, the development of a new vision and a new corporate culture, and the development of new businesses. |
