| Abstract: | The high sci-tech revolution will promote greatly the development of social productive force. So it will bring the unprecedented chance for China's sci-tech development. We must not neglect our own seeds of knowledge economy or abandon partial development of knowledge economy. Instead, we should fully understand the favorable conditions and a turning point we are faced with. To usher in the age of knowledge economy, we must establish China's national innovation system, devote ourselves to the development of China's high sci-tech industries and her quality education cause. |
