| Abstract: | The total sum of square of lands is the third and per -person land is the one hundred twentieth in the world. The existing cultivated lands are 1.95 billion mu and 1.59 mu per person,isn't average lever of 43% in the world.The hills land is much more in the mountain areas and the whole qualities of cultivated lands are poor. The resources in the eastern and western parts match unbalance.The cultivated lands decreased purely 0.25 billion mu in the recent 40 years and later resources are too less. The exploitation lands have already exploited. Exploiting lands have a heavy pressure and blind using land are highlight, counties and villages use land unduely. The urban storage amounts have great potentialities. |
