| Abstract: | As we enter the '00s environment, the authors posit that managers will need to reprioretize and, more importantly, rethink their approaches to two traditional management initiatives: strategic thinking and human resource management. The authors position these two changes, first, in the greater environment. Then they look at the ramifications in terms of strategic initiatives, pointing to the need for organizations to take advantage of the vast changes occurring. |
