Abstract: | Based on a survey of German pharmaceutical stores, this study explores the role of perceived compatibility (here as: p-comp.) btw. nested organizational units in identification (as: id.) and work motivation (as: mot). The surveyed stores had joined a large cooperative network. As predicted, p-comp. correlated positively with both network id. and network mot. It also moderated the correlations btw. store id. and network id. as well as btw. store mot. and network mot. |
