Abstract:Economic satisfaction, relationship commitment and the connection between these elements are examined in this research paper from the perspective of distribution channels. The analysis is drawn mainly upon a survey with a sample of 101 channel partners of mobile service providers operating in India. The test of the hypothesis paid particular attention to the use of behavior based coordination strategy and collaborative communication strategy as well as the perceived level of environmental uncertainty.
