| Abstract: | The author considers the model known as TBA (total business analysis), which allows management to control in systematic and informed way the unprofitable elements of business, and at the same time care for the development of profitable areas. Like any effective business technique TBA uses simple commonsense approach with the addition of one or two practical analytical tools. |
