Abstract:The volume of spirits sold has been decreasing recently, but in spite of this, big booze companies had record profits. The reason behind this is that they follow three basic concepts. The first is that global brands bring enormous profit. The second concept is that image and market position should always go together with the control of pricing and distribution. The third is that big competitors cooperate with one another on markets where there is no single company on the market.
