| Abstract: | Efficient technology transfer and technology trading system are the core components for efficient development and commercialization of advanced technologies. In this study the authors aim to suggest a technology valuation model that is based on the income approach method, real options and can give the objective value of a particular technology in economic terms. They develop a web-based technology valuations system so users can make real-time and efficient evaluations of technologies. |
