Abstract:The article argues that perceptual distortion of corporate ethical values(CEVs) may occur because of employees' perception of organizational fairness. The findings of the research suggest that perceived fairness moderates CEVs' effect on job performance and commitment. The study seeks to offer views to understand the influence of CEVs and organizational fairness on the employees' performance outcomes.
