| Abstract: | This report covers the Spanish large kitchen appliances market. It includes: refrigeration (fridges, fridge-freezers and freezers); laundry (washing machines and dryers); cooking (hot plates, ovens, cookers); microwave ovens and dishwashers. The hardest hit sectors of the market were those where levels of household ownership are highest such as washing machines, and cooking and refigeration appliances. conversely, the sole areas of the market which registered volume growth in 1993 were the mikrowave and dryer sectors, ownership of which remains low in Spain. |
