| Abstract: | The key to expand the export of mechanical and electrical products is to expedite the technological transformation of the present state-owned machinery and electronics enterprises, raise the technical level of machinery and electronics industries and provide world market with good-quality and salable mechanical equipments and sets of equipments. To this end, this paper suggests that the state provide a certain amount of money to build up the national fund for developing the export of mechanical and electrical products. This fund will be used for supporting important export-oriented machinery and electronics enterprises in their technological transformation. |
