Abstract:To occupy China's electronics market, foreign companies have taken the following measure: 1. promoting sales of their products by various means, 2. establishing "the enterprises in three forms of ventures" by taking the advantage of funds to state-owned enterprises, 3.technological transfer which finds the following expressions: inhibiting the development of China's technology and products by step-by- step and conditional technological transfer, enforcing blockade of key basic technology, being unwilling to carry out co-operative production and development in high-tech field , providing the sets of tech and equipment which are not up the advanced level and attracting talent by giving high salary, 4.using the smuggling force in China to smuggle.
