| Abstract: | We should take into consideration the situation that there are several hundred billion yuans of cash currency and over thousand billion yuans of non-cash currency in circulation. So the inflation will be directly proportional to the potential threat of price rising. Therefore, curbing inflation should be done from the beginning, i.e, keep money supply under strict control. |
