| Abstract: | To analyze and report the information of the enterprise cash flow is to indicate what causes the changes of enterprise cash status and its possible results, to provide related information about enterprise cash-ability and debt paying ability . The methods of cash flow analysis include the differential and ratio analysis. The former mainly deals with cash flow during business operations so as to evaluate precisely the changes of enterprise cash status . The latter analyzes cash flow by comparing it with different and related indexes , which will further help understand the cash-ability of enterprises. |
