Abstract:Businesses do not expect their computers to come cheap, but nor do they expect most of the costs to have nothing to do with the computer itself. It is not unusual for implementation costs to get to more than the original purchase price. The cost of the hardware can be as little as 20 % of the total. Employing a computer literate person is far cheaper for a company than trying to train existing employees.
