| Abstract: | What are the determinants for the succes of a company competing as a part of an alliance constellation? The author argues that there are several: 1) the strategy and structure of the constellation, 2) the capabilities of the company and its partners, 3) the actions of rival constellations and 4) the actions of the company's own partners. Besides these the author suggests a framework for analysis and management. |
