| Abstract: | At present, the flexible operation mechanism of lots of private enterprises begins to become rigid. Some shortcomings existing in state-owned enterprises begin to appear in private enterprises. To exist and develop, private enterprises should extricate themselves from the difficult position that a higher level leader must be found. They should not work out unnecessary regulations as state-owned and collective enterprises. They should abolish worker's lifelong job and unnecessary subsidies. Formalism market for false reputation should be forbidden. |
