| Abstract: | Enterprises in the red should be turned from deficits to profits. Transformation of operation mechanism in these enterprises should be improved. Basis of establishing modern enterprise system should be well prepared. process of making enterprises real corporations should be sped up, mainly relying on share-holding, to reform enterprise organization structure. The transformation of government function should be improved to lay better foundation for establishing of modern enterprise system. The process of reform and establishing modern enterprise system should also be sped up. |
