Abstract:At present, there are some misunderstanding about bank rate market, which lead to the confusion on financial order that causes strongly social reflection. It is necessary to set up and perfect rate system as the level of central bank, to keep reasonable rate structure, to establish reflecting and self-adjustment rate administration system and give full play to the rate function of distribution of resources.
