| Abstract: | The way of share circulation among internal staff members in Zhuhai is to set up Zhuhai security Exchange Center, an unprofitable para security exchange which is of share-holding system. It consists of share possession transferring offices, the conditions for the counter transaction of share holding certificates, the procedure of examination and permission, the ownership transferring process, price announcement, account clearing and transaction completion, responsible institutions and penalty rules and regulations, etc. The article also analyzed the transactional difficulties and the problems to which attention should be paid. |
