| Abstract: | The cooperating share-holding system has distinctly defined the property right relationship between different enterprises and set up their positions as legal persons. Under the system, the management mechanism of the enterprises has been transformed and capital funds raised. The interests of the workers and staff members in these enterprises has been closely combined with their management. Yet there still exists some problems in such respects; assets evaluation, share ownership arrangements and the ownership of the assets formed through pre-tax loan payment and through tax reduction and exemption. |
