| Abstract: | China's reforms of the state-owned enterprises aims at establishing the modern enterprises system, which is characterized by distinct and clear relationship of property right; The enterprise will have the property right as a legal person. They will be responsible for their independent self-management, for the losses and profit of their own, for paying tax in accordance with regulations and for value maintaining and increasing for the property of other investors; And the investors will bear the limited liability in the proportion of their investment; The governments won't intervene the management activities of enterprises; Scientific management system of enterprises should be established. |
