CIBC (Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce) is working to develop the tools and techniques to capture this asset. CIBC has made a start by developing both a process and some techniques for knowledge management. The banking industry faces intense competitive pressures. If the industry can learn how to manage it well, knowledge is the only asset that offers the assurance of a thriving competitive future. |
