THe days are gone when drug and alcohol problems at work were swept under the carpet. With addiction levels rising, the authors looks at the different ways that managers are tackling the issue. The descriptions "drug addict" and "alcoholic" conjure up clear stereotypes, leaving most people confident they could spot one at work. |
