| Abstract: | We should make the widest use of Chinese people in the personnel selection of the overseas enterprises, except that the personnel from the host country and other countries are very qualified. Overseas Chinese who are very patriotic and overseas students from the mainland should be considered first. The selected people should be capable of leading and managing and good at enterprise operating. They and their families need to be able to get used to the different cultural environment quickly. They should also be independent and initiative. |
