Abstract:Because the company's clean-out image and conservative reputation help potential workers self-select, The Walt Disney Co. usually attracts the type of applicants it wants. Cast members are reoriented most frequently when they return from a hiatus and need to be updated. Two-hour reorientations include videotape documentaries showcasing the changes that have occured during the past year. Without question, Disney is recognized as one of the leaders in providing excellent customer service.
