Abstract:Personality tests have become more and more popular in recent years. They can be used for employee selection, team building, career counselling and training. The article however calls attention not only to the advantages of a personality test but some of its flaws, too. It warns against using it as the sole means of making decisions. Personality tests should be considered as a useful tool.
