| Abstract: | Executive search firms are still popular and many companies turn to their services, although a lot of personnel directors complain about them. However, it should be kept in mind that appointing a search firm does not relieve the personnel director of responsibility for the recruitment project. It is easier to achieve a good result if the professional search consultant can work closely together with the company personnel manager. |
