| Abstract: | China has a favorable balance in border trade, the settlement of accounts in border trade and means of payment are backward. More and more Renminbi are flowing into foreign countries and the management of currency conversion and exchange rate has confusions. Renminbi should be freely convertible. At present , the value of Renminbi is stable, the managed floating exchange rate system is implemented, the foreign exchange market has taken shape, the situation that domestic and international prices are disjoined is improving and Renminbi has been accepted by neighboring countries. Therefore the conditions have become mature for Renminbi to become freely convertible in the border trade. |
