| Abstract: | After the implementation of the new managerial system of foreign exchange, the Bank of China, in fact, still practises the function of settlement of foreign exchange, which is unfavorable to the face competition among banks and the establishment of foreign exchange market. To this end, the urgent things to do are to establish the central bank's system of settlement of foreign exchange and strengthen management of foreign exchange funds and reduce the links in the settlement of foreign exchange. |
